Rates are based on your age at the time of enrollment, so the sooner you enroll, the lower your rate. Once enrolled, your rate will never increase due to your age or if you leave Novo Nordisk. As an active employee working 20 or more hours a week, you (and your spouse/domestic partner) have a one-time opportunity to apply for this coverage without the full underwriting process.
